Where Recovery Begins With Understanding

Too often, mental health care is reduced to a prescription and a follow-up appointment. At Mecca Psychotherapeutic Centre, recovery looks different. It begins with listening. It continues with a structured, evidence-based treatment plan. And it holds space for each individual to heal at their own pace, in a facility designed specifically for that purpose.

Located in Ongwediva, within the premises formerly known as Mango Guesthouse, Mecca offers a calm and focused environment where patients receive the attention that overstretched public facilities often cannot provide.

With capacity for up to 30 patients, the centre combines medical care, therapeutic activities, and rehabilitative support under one roof. From occupational therapy and music therapy to structured daily routines, every element of the programme is designed to support long-term mental wellness.
